Integrated Physiotherapy & Psychotherapy Clinician
It’s not uncommon to feel like something is missing in your care—even when you’ve followed advice, stayed committed, and sought out professional help. Pain or dysfunction is often approached in parts, rather than as a whole—leaving care that’s well-intentioned but ultimately missing the full picture.

An integrated model—one that is structured, evidence-informed, and grounded in context—can shift that trajectory. My role is to bring clarity and support outcomes that are both meaningful and sustainable.

In session, this creates a different kind of clinical conversation—connecting movement patterns with stress responses, physical symptoms with behavioural cycles, and current limitations with what matters most to you. With a dual background in physiotherapy and psychotherapy, I aim to translate complexity into clear, practical care—so you not only experience relief, but gain a deeper understanding of your health, and the tools to move forward with confidence.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with people experiencing complex pain and movement issues—particularly involving the jaw, head, and neck. I’ve seen how care often overlooks the body’s broader physiology—treating isolated areas without recognising how multiple systems, behavioural patterns, and life context interact to shape pain. It was this recurring gap that led me to pursue dual qualifications in physiotherapy and psychotherapy.

My work now integrates these two fields—combining clinical assessment, manual therapy, tailored rehabilitation, education, and behavioural understanding to reflect how pain is shaped, sustained, and changed over time. For the past six years, I’ve specialised in temporomandibular (jaw) and orofacial pain, including four years at Melbourne’s TMJ & Facial Pain Centre under the mentorship of Darron Goralsky. I hold a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Health and Performance Science and Counselling & Psychotherapy. I’m also an active member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Orofacial Pain (ANZAOP).

If your health story hasn’t quite fit into the models of care you’ve experienced so far, I offer a different approach —one grounded in research, shaped by experience, and centred on you.
